Evaluate the Faculty, Not Just the Facilities
Colleges across DK are investing heavily in infrastructure — smart boards, well-stocked labs, new buildings. These are important. But they are not what produces results. Faculty quality is the variable that most directly predicts student outcomes.
When evaluating faculty, ask:
Continuity matters — a lecturer who has taught the same course for 5+ years has seen patterns in student mistakes that a new hire hasn't.
Look for post-graduate qualifications and subject specialization — especially for competitive exam topics like NEET-level Biology or JEE-level problem sets.
Visiting faculty create coordination gaps. Integrated colleges with permanent staff who teach both board and competitive content produce better outcomes.
